Who is responsible

Autimo Systems Inc., operating publicly as Autimo Group, is responsible for information collected through this website. Pine IT is an operating name of Autimo Systems Inc. and maintains its own website and enquiry flow.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to submit through Cloud consultation, Labs application, and group enquiry forms. This can include your name, work email, company, role, project context, qualification answers, and message.

If you book time with Will, Warren, or Tony at autimo.com/will, autimo.com/warren, or autimo.com/tony, the booking calendar collects your name, email address, any notes you add, and the time and conferencing option you choose.

How we use it

Submitted information is used to assess fit, route the enquiry, respond, maintain a business relationship, prevent abuse, and improve the enquiry process. Form submissions are sent directly to Autimo's contact-processing system.

Processors and destinations

Enquiries may be delivered to authorized Autimo recipients through Amazon Web Services email infrastructure, Slack, and Apollo. Access is limited to people who need the information to assess or respond to the enquiry.

The booking calendar at book.autimo.com is operated by Autimo on its own infrastructure in Canada. Booking details are stored there. Google (Calendar and Meet) and Microsoft (Microsoft 365 and Teams) act as calendar and conferencing processors for the bookings made through it.

Retention

We retain enquiry information only while it remains useful for the business relationship, legal obligations, security, or dispute handling. Information that is not needed is deleted through the relevant operating system's retention process.

Analytics

Analytics are off until you allow them. Nothing is loaded and no analytics request is made unless you choose "Allow analytics" in the banner, and you can change that choice at any time with the "Privacy choices" button in the footer.

If you allow it, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how pages are used, which sets first-party _ga cookies in your browser, and Apollo website visitor measurement to understand which organizations engage with the site and which pages they visit. Declining expires the Google Analytics cookies for this domain.

If you allow analytics and complete a booking, we record one book_meeting event in Google Analytics. The event carries no name, email address, notes, or booking identifier, and nothing is added to Google Analytics inside the booking calendar itself.

Advertising features stay switched off in all cases. We use no advertising pixels, no ad personalization, no tag manager, and no invasive session recording.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with an enquiry, subject to applicable legal requirements. Contact group leadership through the group enquiry form.

This notice will be updated when the site's actual processing, vendors, or measurement changes. The date above identifies the current version.
