Who is responsible
Autimo Systems Inc., operating publicly as Autimo Group, is responsible for information collected through this website. Pine IT is an operating name of Autimo Systems Inc. and maintains its own website and enquiry flow.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to submit through Cloud consultation, Labs application, and group enquiry forms. This can include your name, work email, company, role, project context, qualification answers, and message.
How we use it
Submitted information is used to assess fit, route the enquiry, respond, maintain a business relationship, prevent abuse, and improve the enquiry process. Form submissions are sent directly to Autimo's contact-processing system. They are not stored in Payload CMS.
Processors and destinations
Enquiries may be delivered to authorized Autimo recipients through Amazon Web Services email infrastructure, Slack, and Apollo. Access is limited to people who need the information to assess or respond to the enquiry.
Retention
We retain enquiry information only while it remains useful for the business relationship, legal obligations, security, or dispute handling. Information that is not needed is deleted through the relevant operating system's retention process.
Analytics
We use Apollo website visitor measurement to understand which organizations engage with the site and which pages they visit. We do not use advertising pixels or invasive session recording at launch.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with an enquiry, subject to applicable legal requirements. Contact group leadership through the group enquiry form.

This notice will be updated when the site's actual processing, vendors, or measurement changes. The date above identifies the current version.
